Reservation

Each reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the reservation. This sum must be paid within 14 days of the initial request (or sooner if the booking begins within this time frame). If payment is not received within the stipulated time, the pre-booking will be considered canceled. The remainder of your reservation must be paid 14 days before the start of your stay. All optional extras (meals, drinks, etc.) and tourist tax will be billed during your stay

 

Modification and cancellation

Any cancellation, whatever the reason, must be notified by written confirmation (email or post). The date of receipt will determine the date of cancellation, which will then be subject to the following charges:

· In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded;

· In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded;

Any modification of reservation is only possible with the agreement of the hosts. Early departure does not entitle you to any refund.

 

cancellation insurance

We draw your attention to the fact that we do not include cancellation insurance in our prices, so it is strongly recommended that you ensure that you are properly insured.

 

Major force

In the event of force majeure, no refund will be possible outside of our usual cancellation policy.

 

Pricing information

The price of a night is for single occupancy (1 occupant per room) or for double occupancy (two people per room). On request, it is possible to accommodate a couple with 1 small child). The price includes the night, breakfast in the chalet, bed and bathroom linen provided, access to wifi, and personalized welcome from guests. Also, in the rates, a ski room with boot warmers and an outdoor jacuzzi (during opening hours) are available. The table d'hôtes is available upon reservation, depending on

availability and will be charged in addition, as will the consumption of wines, beers, aperitif or digestive drinks. Tourist tax is not included in the prices indicated.

 

Information about the stay

Rooms will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 p.m. They must be released on the day of departure at 10 a.m. Any damage to the rooms will be charged to the customer. Pets are not accepted.

Responsibility

The general description of the rooms offered, as well as the photos, are presented for information purposes only. The photos are not contractual. The customer has 48 hours after arrival to notify the chalet hosts in writing of any dispute concerning the description, quality or cleanliness of their room. We are not responsible for defects in TV and Internet services (which depend on external providers). Chalet LE VAL NESS will not accept any liability in the event of loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or people on the property, whatever the cause.

 

Internal regulations

The outdoor jacuzzi is a space reserved exclusively for guests staying at the chalet (no invitation possible). Opening hours may be exceptionally modified for technical reasons. We reserve the right to set time slots or exclude guests who do not respect the internal rules of the chalet or who disturb the tranquility of others.
